What information I collect:

To fulfill your order, I will need certain information from you (which you authorize Etsy to share with me), including your name, email and mailing address, payment information, and details about the product you are ordering. You may also provide additional personal information when contacting me directly (for example, if you are purchasing a custom item).

Why I need your information and how I use it:

I rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
• when I need it to provide services, such as to fulfill an order, resolve disputes, or provide you with customer support;
• when you have given me consent with the right to revoke it at any time, such as by subscribing to my newsletter;
• when it is necessary to comply with legal obligations, comply with a court order, or comply with legal claims, such as maintaining records of your purchases where required to do so by tax laws; and
• to the extent necessary for my legitimate interests, unless those legitimate interests are less powerful than your rights or interests, such as 1) providing and improving my services. I use your information to provide the services you have requested and in my legitimate interests to improve the quality of my services; and 2) complying with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use. I use your data to the extent necessary to fulfill my obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.

Sharing and Disclosing Information

Customer information is important to my business. I share your personal data in only a few situations for the reasons described below:
• Etsy. I share data with Etsy to the extent necessary to fulfill my obligations under Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
• Service Providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform work and services for my shop, including delivery services. I will share your personal information with third parties, but only to the extent necessary to provide such services.
• Business Transfers: If I sell my company or it is acquired by another company, I may disclose your information as part of such transaction, but only to the extent permitted by law.
• Legal Compliance: I may collect, use, preserve, and transfer your information if I have a good-faith belief that doing so is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process or government request; (b) enforce my agreements, terms, and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and combat fraud and other illegal activities, technical issues, and security issues; and (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers and others.

Data Retention:

I retain your personal information for no longer than is necessary to provide you with services and in accordance with my Privacy Policy. However, I may have obligations to retain this data in accordance with legal and tax requirements, dispute resolution, and enforcement of agreements. I generally retain your data for the following period: 4 years.
Transfer of Personal Data Outside the EU

I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. Therefore, I may transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction with data protection and government oversight laws and regulations that differ from those in your jurisdiction. When I transfer your data outside the EU, the legal basis for such transfers is the Privacy Shield certification, as Google Cloud has one.

Your Rights

If you live in certain regions, including the EU, you have a number of rights regarding your personal data. Some of these rights apply generally, while others apply only in specific cases. I set out these rights below:
• Access. You may have the right to access and obtain a copy of the personal data I hold about you by contacting me as set out below.
• Amendment, Restriction, and Deletion. You may also have the right to amend, restrict my use of, and delete your personal data. Unless there are special circumstances (such as legal retention requirements), I will delete your personal data upon request.
• Objection. You may object to (i) my processing of certain of your data for my legitimate interests and (ii) receiving marketing communications from me after you have explicitly consented to receive them. In such cases, I will delete your personal data unless I have compelling legitimate grounds for continuing to use the data or are required by law to do so.
• Complaints. If you reside in the EU and wish to report a problem with my use of your data (without prejudice to any other rights you may have), you have the right to contact your local data protection authority.
